New Member - Rachel Faruque
We are so excited to announce that Rachel Faruque has joined our family of faith this past Sunday by transfer of membership!
Family Game Night was a Win!
Family Game Night was great fun! We had about 50 of our church family gather to play board games, pickleball, ping pong, and enjoy conversation. Special "thank you" to all who were able to help with clean up! Looking forward to our next church family event.
UWF Unit Meeting Recap
This month's United Women of Faith Unit Meeting went great, where the women of the UWF made flower arrangements. The presenters were Dea Rash and Laura Payne from the Payne County Home Extension Office.
Lay Reader Recruitment
During September and October, members of our congregation have been leading in all three of our worship services. In the sanctuary, these leaders have brought us into worship, led our affirmation of faith and read the scripture lesson. In the Family Life Center, these leaders have read the scripture lesson and prepared the way for the sermon.
Let us celebrate their unique contributions to each service and how wonderful it is to hear more voices calling us to worship. Pastors Charla and Corey are particularly grateful for the gifts our Lay Readers share with us each week.

Trunk or Treat
Thank you for all the candy donations! Baskets will stay out until the event.
Our Trunk or Treat will take place on Halloween night Friday, October 31st from 5-7pm in the northwest parking lot. This event gives our community a chance for a low key, safe space to gather goodies to celebrate Halloween. If you'd like to help, park your car about 30 minutes before the event in this lot. You can go wild decorating your trunk or keep it simple! I will have extra candy ready for us. See you there!
