All three of our Easter Sunday services will meet at our typical times and locations that morning:

Traditional Service @ 8:30am in the Sanctuary
Closer Walk Contemporary Service @ 10am in the Family Life Center
Blended Service @ 11:10am in the Sanctuary

Our brothers in Christ from Central Oklahoma Adult and Teen Challenge have graciously offered to host us once again this year as, together, we greet the rising sun and celebrate the risen Son of God! The ATC praise band will lead us into worship, where we will also receive Holy Communion.

Traveling on Easter Sunday to be with family, or working and unable to attend our Sunday Easter services? Want to free up a seat and a parking space for Easter visitors and guests? Join us for our Easter (Jerusalem Time) service on Saturday, March 30th at 7pm in the Family Life Center!

Note: This service will be identical to our Closer Walk service on Easter morning.

On Saturday, March 30th, from 10am-12pm, Stillwater First UMC will be putting on a community Easter Egg Hunt! During the Easter EGG-Stravaganza, people will be able to take pictures with the Easter Bunny, make crafts, have free snow-cones, play games, jump in inflatables, have their face painted, and more!

The EGG hunt times are as follows:
0-4 years old 11:00am
5-8 years old 11:20am
9 years and up 11:45am

We look forward to seeing our wonderful community and beyond at this fun-filled event!

On Good Friday we remember the good and loving sacrifice Christ made so that we all might come to know and experience his unconditional grace. Led by the First UMC choir sharing music based upon the seven last words of Jesus, we will together reflect upon Christ’s death, darken our Sanctuary, and depart in silence. We invite all to join us for this special evening service. We will be meeting in person in the Sanctuary Friday, March 29th, at 7pm, and livestreaming the service on YouTube.

Maundy Thursday is a celebration of Christ’s final night with his disciples before his crucifixion. The term Maundy comes from the Latin word, “mandatum,” meaning mandate or command and comes from the new command Jesus offers his Disciples in the Gospel of John, to love one another as he has loved them (John 13:34). In this service we will commemorate Jesus’ Last Supper as we share in Holy Communion with one another. Worship will be led by our Closer Walk Praise Band. We invite everyone to join us this special evening service on Thursday, March 28th at 7pm! We will be meeting in person in the Family Life Center, and livestreaming the service on YouTube as well!

Join with Stillwater First UMC on March 24th as we recount Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem. Children and families are invited to meet our Children’s Ministry Director, Chris Ward, in the back of our worship spaces prior to the start of services so that they can process Palm Branches into the sanctuary.

The Momentum Youth Group’s Annual Thanks-for-Giving Meal and Dessert Auction is Sunday, November 12th, in the Family Life Center multi-purpose room!

A traditional Thanksgiving meal is prepared and served by the youth @ 11:15am and again at 12:15pm with a Dessert Auction during each seating. The meal is completely free of charge, but donations are always accepted! Donations and proceeds from the auction help fund our youth ministries for the ENTIRE year! This includes mission trips, activities, Bible study materials, and much more! This is the only fundraiser the youth have each year, and is also their way of saying, “Thanks, FUMC, for giving!” To RSVP to the meal, and/or sign up to bring a dessert to auction, CLICK HERE.
