Early Childhood Center

The First United Methodist Church Early Childhood Center is committed to be a program for church families and the Stillwater community at large. The educational program is of nonsectarian, Judeo-Christian style and is designed to nurture individual needs of children, providing them with an opportunity to grow and develop through independence, decision making and problem solving. A warm, relaxed and safe setting, a well trained staff, and developmentally appropriate equipment and activities provide ideal opportunities for social, emotional, physical, aesthetic, and intellectual growth. ECC Summer Program!

This summer FUMC ECC will be offering a session during the summer. In order for the sessions to make we will need at least 80% enrollment in the session.

July 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16- 9:00am-12:00pm each day. Snacks, outdoor water fun and inside play time will be provided. $100 for the session. Enrolling in the program commits you to all six days of the session. Class sizes will be limited. If the classes do not make at least 80% enrollment, your payment will be returned. To enroll, submit the form below and go to https://www.shelbygiving.com/App/Giving/fumcstw and click the down-drop next to “Fund” and click on “ECC Payments” to submit the enrollment fee.

Enrollment 2020-2021

A $25 Registration fee is required to reserve your child’s spot at the ECC ($50 maximum per family). The registration fee is due with the application (see the form below), and will not roll over from previous school years. To submit your registration fee, go to https://www.shelbygiving.com/App/Giving/fumcstw and click the downdrop next to “Fund.” Then click on “ECC Payments.”

The fees for the next school year have changed. The ECC will charge monthly fees based upon the number of days that your child will attend. We encourage you to set up a recurring payment on the Fumcstw.org site, however it is not required. You will receive more information before the start of the 2020 school year in August.

2020-2021 Tuition will be as follows:

Monthly Payments

5 Days – $ 612.50

4 Days – $490.00

3 Days – $367.50

2 Days – $245.00

Additional Fees:

$25.00 Deposit (maximum $50.00 per family)*

$35.00 enrollment fee (Due in August)

$50.00 materials fee (Due in August and January)

*The deposit is non-refundable. Please use a separate enrollment form for each child enrolled. Notification of withdrawal of child(ren) must be received by August 1, 2020. The first day of classes (as of the SPS Calendar on April 10) will be August 13.
